1. Custom Built Consoles

Due to the custom nature of our modifications and repairs, all custom-built consoles and modified items are non-refundable once work has commenced. Each console is built to your specific requirements and cannot be resold as new.

2. Prebuilt Consoles

Prebuilt consoles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. The item must be in its original condition with all accessories. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item.

3. Faulty Items

If your console arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us via Discord or email. We will diagnose the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
