1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with ModAndFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Products & Services

We provide Xbox 360 modification and repair services, including but not limited to RGH/JTAG modifications, hardware repairs, and custom console builds. All work is performed to the highest standard, but modifications may carry risks including console banning by Microsoft.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before work commences. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Warranty

We offer a 30-day warranty on all repair and modification work, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, power surges, or modifications made by the customer or third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

ModAndFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
